The County offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) administered by Optum. It includes both counseling and telephone consultation services addressing personal needs such as marriage, family and relationship problems, alcohol and drug abuse, emotional, personal and stress-related concerns, child care, elder care, financial and credit problems, federal tax consultation, pre-retirement planning and personal records management.
