Diversify. Unify. Connect.

Diversity and inclusion at the County of Marin is an important part of the values and the responsibilities we have as public servants. In our recruitment efforts and work environment, we have the opportunity to illustrate a healthy way of addressing differences through respect, inclusion and equal opportunity.

Equity has been one of the County’s four focus areas for the past decade and we try to ensure that even our most routine actions have a positive, equitable impact.

Dream Collaborative

The mission of DREAM (Diversity, Respect, Encouragement, Acceptance, Marin) is to positively influence and transform the County of Marin’s organization and workforce by promoting and celebrating cross-cultural understanding and inclusivity.

We currently have four Affinity Groups under DREAM and also support our Employee Resources Groups. All County employees are welcome to join to support diversity, inclusion and equity in our organization.
